PGS - Thesis Actuation of the Public Ministry on the Generation of Public Effects and Cooperation Networks.

Thesis - reduced version - approved by unanimity in the National Congress of Public Ministry in 2009. Abstract: Due to the possibilities that are opened to its actuation, the Public Ministry is essential to give effectiveness to the constitutional norms in a systemic context. With this objective it is feasible the adoption of the judicial and extrajudicial actuation in order to foment and provide a physiological, psychological and self-realization caring (prime focus on the family), with proportional impacts on the three axes of sustainability (economic, social – health, education, citizenship and security – and environment), to generate public effects, which demand and favor the formation of cooperation networks, integrating the three sectors (public, private and third sector/organized civil society) and the community in general.
